Here you will submit your material related to the session you registered for. If you are not sure what you registered for, please refer to your Order Confirmation Email. In the Registration Summary, among the information listed will be the session format you registered (i.e Hour Consultation, First 15 Consultation, Executive Coverage, Pitch Prep Consultation, etc).

Code of Conduct: Roadmap Writers provides training opportunities only. Executives working with Roadmap do so in a consulting capacity independent of their respective companies. Once material has been submitted for a consult, no revisions will be accepted. Please do not ask the executive to review additional material or for their business or personal contact information, as such things are under the exec's sole discretion to offer. Call: Conduct a 30-minute call with the writer via Zoom (recorded). The writer will deliver their 5-7 minute verbal pitch, and then you will give them feedback on both the written pitch and their verbal to help them polish.

CONSULT CONTACT INFO

Please provide more than one contact method for the exec to choose from. When the exec sends you proposed times for scheduling your consultation together, the email notification will let you know which contact method the exec has chosen. Meeting IDs, and Zoom meeting links created for a scheduled time, will NOT be accepted. To find the link for your Personal Room, once you are logged into your Zoom account, click on "Meetings" in the left sidebar. Then you will see a row of tabs. You will click on the Personal Room tab in order to find and copy your Join URL. Be sure to log into your Zoom account before the start of your consult in order to properly start the meeting as the Zoom host.

Logline is a little wordy, find words to trim or combine to shorten.

Protagonist could use a stronger intro that tells us more about their 'vibe' and less about their looks.

Dialogue is generally good, but sometimes on-the-nose, as in the scene in the bedroom - don't forget to add subtext.

As discussed, the second act gets bogged down with exposition you can clean up by introducing the love interest character earlier.
